About a year ago, I created an HTML5 game for the Google MámPadla competition and placed 3rd. I published it on the Chrome Webstore.
Recently, while looking at the tiles on Windows 8, I thought about adding DogPee as an app. I was surprised to see how many people still have it installed on Chrome, how many people still play it, and that new installations are added every day. So, I revived the project, improved it, added a few levels, created a homepage, and submitted a Metro app for approval (using an iframe from the website).
